Steven Lander is the founder and managing partner of Steven Lander and Associates, P.A., a boutique law firm handling first party insurance litigation. He is a highly regarded litigator who aggressively represents insureds whose carrier has wrongfully denied their claim. After 28 years of practice, he has been lead counsel in over 100,000 cases, giving him significant trial experience from the claims process through verdict. The Lander Law Building is located in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Mr. Lander earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science from Stony Brook University in New York in 1990. Post Bachelors degree, he received his MBA from Dowling Business New York [1992]. Mr. Lander continued his education, earning a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern Law School in 1995.
Mr. Lander was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995 and the Federal Bar, Southern District of Florida in 1997. He is also a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Additionally, Mr. Lander is the founder of Tiger Adjusters, handling homeowners insurance claims throughout the state of Florida.
Steven Lander lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with his wife of 23 years, Randi. They have 2 children, Alyssa and Zach who both attend Clemson University. Go Tigers!!!
