As a policyholder, would you rather deal with a Public Adjuster who has only four (4) hours of training or a Public Adjuster with multiple certifications and over 30 hours of training?
At Tiger Adjusters, we know that putting in the time to improve our skills brings our clients better results. Ongoing training is like hitting the refresh button on Public Adjuster skills—keeping our team sharp, up-to-date, and ready to tackle whatever new challenges that our clients encounter.
All Tiger Adjusters Public Adjusters are required to pass nine (9) core certification courses. Thereafter, a Public Adjuster, a Franchise Owner or a Franchise Manager can advance additional skills over time.
All Tiger Adjusters Public Adjusters have their training certification rank and badge (as well as their state license information) on their personal profile page. Click here for an example: Brendan Steinbrecher

Effective learning tactics? Check! Interactive content? Check! Tiger Adjusters leverages a custom training program that focuses on microlearning tactics. Average time to complete a microlesson: 3-7 minutes
In 2021, Lorman Education Services noted that 59% of employees claim their companies offered no workplace training and that most of their skills were self-taught. Not good! At Tiger Adjusters, all personnel head into training on day one. Outside of enhanced skills that better serves clients, a quality career development program means that 94% of employees are likely to stay longer at a company (EduMe, ND).
Continuous learning helps employees overcome challenges, reduces job frustration, and enhances satisfaction. This, in turn, leads to higher productivity (Continu, ND). That's the Tiger Adjusters way!
