HO-7: Mobile Home Form

Tory Tiger Explaining Insurance Policy
"The HO-7 policy is made for mobile homes, but don’t let the name fool you—it’s just as badass as the big-house policies. Fire? Covered. Tornado? Covered. That one time your RV had an identity crisis and thought it was a spaceship? Well, maybe not that, but you get the idea. It’s like the single family dwelling HO-3 policy, but tailored for your moveable castle. Your stuff inside? Yep, that’s protected too. Just don’t let it catch you trying to insure your golf cart mansion."

HO-7: Mobile Home Form

The HO-7 form, or mobile home insurance, is specifically designed for mobile or manufactured homes. It provides coverage similar to an HO-3 policy, offering protection for the home itself on an "open peril" basis and personal property on a "named peril" basis. It also includes liability coverage, additional living expenses, and optional add-ons for unique risks associated with mobile homes. This policy ensures comprehensive protection tailored to the needs of mobile homeowners.
