Tony Hulbert is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of executive experience, specializing in strategic growth, operational excellence, and franchise development. He is serving Tiger Adjusters® in the role of Strategic Advisor.

As the CEO of HorsePower Brands, he has spearheaded the launch of nine home service brands and ten shared service initiatives, transforming the home improvement industry with a people-first approach.

Tony’s career is marked by his ability to translate vision into reality, foster a growth culture, and drive continuous innovation. Under his leadership, HorsePower Brands has introduced industry-leading franchises such as Mighty Dog Roofing, Blingle!, iFoam, and Bumble Bee Blinds, among others. His strategic mindset and commitment to excellence have positioned HorsePower Brands as a powerhouse in the franchising space.

Prior to leading HorsePower Brands, Tony served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Mighty Dog Roofing, where he played a key role in financial strategy and franchise expansion. His experience also includes leadership roles as VP of Sales and Marketing at LinPepCo, General Manager at Pepsi Cola of Lincoln and Hastings, and CFO at 10 Thousand Percent Co. (Complete Nutrition franchisee), overseeing operations across 56 stores in 16 states.
